DENTAL ASSISTANT REGISTRATION
There have been some Dental Assistant registration problems.
Karen Homitz (DQAC) has advised that to check if an assistant is credentialed, we can verify it at this site:

Karen has also advised that under Washington laws, WAC 246-817-30,

ALL LICENSES MUST BE DISPLAYED. The term license is used, but license is defined to include registration.
To obtain a duplicate copy of license/registration, an individual must contact Customer Service Center at 360-236-4700. Or mail a written request
